In order to celebrate the considerable achievements of the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal nearly forty-five years after its founding, and its influence on international arbitration and international law, Honlet Legum Arbitration hosted as part of the Paris Arbitration Week a panel featuring the Honorable Charles N. Brower, Professor Hans van Houtte and Professor Christian Tams who, through their various roles as judge, President and counsel, have contributed first-hand to those achievements and thus to international arbitration as it is today.
