On 6 May 2024, Bart Legum took part in a panel as part of the 2024 ICCA Congress in Hong Kong about “Judging the New York Convention” in company of The Hon. Justice Judith Prakash, The Hon. Judge Xi Xiangyang, Andrés Jana, Lindsay Gastrell, Guled Yusuf and Shirin Gurdova. Bart addressed the question of the human element in the success of the New York Convention.
