Bart Legum spoke on a panel addressing Energy Disputes: The Past and the Future organized by the SCC Arbitration Institute, the Swedish Arbitration Association, the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center, RPC and Boden Law in the framework of Istanbul Arbitration Week. Bart addressed an important subspecialty of energy disputes not often in the public view: price review arbitrations under long-term gas or LNG sales contracts.
