Merlin Papadhopulli is a senior associate. A member of the Paris Bar, she acts as counsel in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in a number of industry sectors, including most particularly energy, natural resources, telecommunications and construction, as well as secretary to arbitral tribunals. Before joining the firm, Merlin practiced arbitration in leading international law firms and also served as in-house counsel at one of Europe’s largest utility companies, where she focused on natural gas, biomethane, and carbon capture & storage (CCS) matters. She was designated in 2023 by the Republic of Albania as a member of the ICSID panels of conciliators and arbitrators.
